  整体酒店还是过于老旧了、房间衞生一般，床品正常、这个私汤跟我想象中的差距太大了，不如你直接搞个浴缸加点草药好了，几包草药就叫私汤？2000+一晚的房间花园的园林都是些杂草也不打理，性价比太低了 差评！

  Hotel is older/more dated than expected and there’s no lift to the room if you are staying higher floors. Hotel breakfast option average but service is good. I booked massage service at a specific time and later was told slots are not available, they mentioned to send masseuse up to the room but was not transparent on pricing. Sound proofing was weak and woken up by fireworks and sound nearby. Staff was helpful. Overall, this is probably the most decent hotel around this area but not a 5 star standard in my opinion.

  房间很乾净，设施比较新，温泉比较正宗硫磺味较重，早上泡人少体验感更佳，特别要赞一下酒店管家王文俊，昨天入住前周到的沟通，提前帮我们打开房间空调，虽然入住前外面温度下降很多，但一进屋温暖如春，非常感动，好的酒店就是宾至如归的感觉，下次来还会找王经理服务。

  因为带了孩子，出行对酒店的要求比较高，每次去花水湾都会选择豪生，环境很好，房间服务到位，整个酒店的服务人员态度都非常好。管家王文俊帮安排的房间，出行前会细致的询问需求，到房间已经全部安排好了，出行省心不少。

  非常棒的体验，我订的是双人房，到了前台办理入住的时候，前台小姐姐herry何莉推荐我入住家庭套房价格只加几百块，然后孩子的温泉门票和早餐都有了，而且孩子可以有单独房间，里面同意了 小姐姐herry何莉还帮我们找了一家价格合适味道很好吃的火盆烤肉餐厅，这是一次不错的度假体验
