艺龙你有本事不要删我的帖，回去我就卸载不用了。你们做事不靠谱。我们消费者提前订酒店就是想享受优惠。一早485订的，晚上入住挂牌358。联系你们客服，你们推的一干二净！我的预防款难道不是付给你们的吗？我又没有支付给酒店。你们把责任推给酒店。酒店又把责任推给你们。你们到是会踢皮球。我们用你的平台就是想享受优惠。你们可一点都没替消费者考虑。一个工号6115的接线员，找出一大堆理由来搪塞我。建议大家还是换个携程或者大网站吧。这个艺龙我用了不少年了，一开始还好。现在竞争不过其他了。我也懒的换，有了这次经验，回去一定要换了！
