各个方面都还不错，只是我开了两个房间交了1000块押金，不知道怎么回事前台给开成500的押金条。要掉监控才能退钱，你觉得两个房间房费556我给500块他会让我住吗，真的不长脑子。前台差评

春节期间出游少林寺入住该酒店，前台短发姑娘很冷淡。酒店位于山顶，主楼旁边有个大烟囱，离店早晨电梯突然停电被困电梯内15分钟，梯箱内黑漆漆，唯一的求救电铃被我按了一下居然也断电了，很郁闷，实在想不通，一个五星酒店，总共才五层楼，日常硬件设施检维修怎么做的？

酒店环境不错，早餐也挺好，孩子半价19元吃的挺好的。就是我们下午两点多到酒店的时候，房间还没打扫好，我们在大堂等了一会才进的房间。其它都不错的。
