不知道以前的好评怎么来的，作为一个旅游城市，感受不到应有的大气和服务质量。毛巾就是擦了擦土，用洗衣机洗洗就干净了，愣说用手洗洗不干净，称到酒店外面洗还要花钱，让客人承担，居然还说如果不愿意掏钱就让客人洗干净！我就呵呵了，酒店的毛巾难道都是手洗出来？这点费用也让客人出？也不经过消毒程序吗？！真得是无语，本无意地域歧视，但是一点小事即可反映HN人民素质非空穴来风！想要住的慎思！
