一进房间总体的感觉还是可以的。住下了以后，慢慢会发现一些不如意的地方。因建造时间已久，卫生间的装潢老旧，污垢清除不彻底。房间用的水是小型桶装水，不太敢喝，怕是放在那里已经很长时间了。

多次入住，只因在邓州没有其它选择。站在宾馆窗口俯视邻近的三贤中路和古城路的十字路口，尽管站着不少警察和协警，但是机动车，非机动车，行人违章（逆行，穿红灯，抢道）比比皆是，每分每秒都在发生。再去周边看看，道路破损高低不平，垃圾遍地，尘土飞扬。邓州宾馆还算是好的。

不敢相信这个酒店竟然标这着四星！酒店的毛巾不是白色的，连灰色的都够不上，是黑色的。没敢洗澡，洗脸也是自然风干的，不敢用毛巾，也没提供纸巾。地毯完全看不出原色。不推荐。
