广场南街实行单行道了，只能从工业路和中州路进入，出口在新华路和文化路，违者处罚二百扣三分。火车站也改单行道，只允许新华路进，车站路出，不能新华路进再掉头新华路出，市区高清摄像头带套牌假牌识别功能一旦报警各路口拦截，望大家注意！
