The Songtsam Benzilan Lodge are a series of luxury boutique lodges built in five carefully selected locales. In a small green valley by Yangtse River, sits Songtsam Benzilan. Amid barley and wheat fields, the lodge is surrounded by white-walled Tibetan houses and close to a white Stupa. From the hotel, it is an easy walk to the nearby hills and traditional Tibetan villages, where temples are decorated with beautiful murals.

  喜欢房间没有电视机的避世风，酒店隐于一个藏族小村落，安静乾净，四色玻璃透出明媚阳光，感觉梦见过这样的小楼，有种回家的感觉。这里的蔬菜是自己种的，牛奶是早上刚挤的。晚上没有光污染，看到满天繁星。早上管家带我们去小经堂煨桑，很独特的体验，感觉被彻底洗净。

  松赞还是一如既往的给人松弛感，奔子栏松赞景观不算极致，算去梅里雪山的过度站。但松赞还是让过渡站变的值得好好去体验。感受松赞传递的在藏地文化中找到家的感觉。

  是松赞最小的一家店，13间客房，喜欢清静的可以考虑，在山里清晨很舒服人也少。但整体入住体验不太好，入住前并没有提前打电话来联系，入住前和入住以及到退房基本没什么服务，基本自助或者一直追着问。并没有像绿谷一样虽然小但有家的感觉，可能是奔子栏是松赞环线团客的一个核心中间点大多数都是主题环线团的客人，对散客基本没啥关注度。洗澡水忽冷忽热，洗手间一直有腥味。整体感觉比较一般

  我喜欢奔子栏的窗，也是因为这扇窗才特意定的酒店。在松赞里属于最小的吧，但是想回家一样温暖，前天的小姐姐淳朴热情。酒店三楼有自助洗衣房很贴心。

  奔子松赞理想的山居，工作人员们很亲切像家人朋友一样，餐食品质很好也非常的美味，房间布置温馨舒适；山谷里的安逸享受，青稞小饼乾好吃的停不下来，比其他松赞店和小程序上买到的青稞小饼乾更加有homemade的味道！
