入住体验比较好，但仍有提升空间
评价里很少有人拍翻新过的双床房。走廊味道很大，冰箱不制冷，牀头柜打扫不仔细，仍需要改进。
早餐厅应该是翻新过，就餐环境不错，但个人认为品种不是更多，没有当地特色
对于自驾，有地面、地下停车场，很好。

5分好评完全是给前台办理入住的陈意小哥哥，很热情服务很体贴，发了攻略给我们，客房相应不及时，他立刻衔接上。
餐厅早上人太多了，门口的胖小哥服务很到位。
衞生想给0分。。。住了2晚，我们那间的马桶没清洁，隔壁一间的床没有铺。刚入住的时候马桶盖上有厚厚的灰，考虑到国庆节太忙了，我平时也有自己酒精消毒的习惯，所以我也没説什么，但是第二天的房间马桶没清洗真的很不友好。
总的来説，房间较老，衞生很差，但是前台和餐厅的服务很好，淡季去应该会好很多。

当地老牌五星酒店，我出去比较喜欢选择这类酒店，一是服务稳定，没有那种日式服务的主动和仪式感，但是适当的微笑服务让我更自在，二是位置都比较好，三是只要保养的好，酒店装修质感依然超过一些新酒店，而且这种酒店只要没有大变故，一般饭都比较好吃，至少不会难吃，入住这家酒店最满意的是晚餐，自助餐取消了，只有套餐，但是并没有糊弄，很好吃，特别是中餐的菜品，相当有水准，刺身非常新鲜，以后来德清还会入住
