服务态度很到位，也非常热情，基本有求必应；500号就在芦花荡公园里，环境不错，就是进出要爬不少台阶，身体不好就会比较累一点；设施基本都有，木制家具地板阁楼很环保；可以订餐，菜品价格味道都差不多，早餐中式按人头配餐，包子馒头鸡蛋粥咸鸭蛋和咸菜，咸菜炒的很好吃，这种早餐看个人了，从健康适量上说很好，如果一定要对比同等价位的五星酒店自助餐性价比，那就见仁见智了。总体莫干山以近代历史建筑、洋家乐为主题，配合风景，还是值得体验的，节假日交通管理也很到位，如果景点的小商贩管理好就更好了。

帮爸妈订的。听老妈说，入住的时候静逸别墅没有其他人预定（当时非周末节假日），房主帮忙免费升级到另一幢别墅的大床房了。整体环境非常好。

酒店是老式别墅改造的，很温馨，就是有些潮，周围环境很好，出行方便，周边很多地方都有景致，值得游览。气氛安静，值得悠闲的多住几天。就是饭菜味道差些，价钱贵点可以理解，毕竟在山里运输不便，但是口味不敢恭维了！有机会会再去莫干山！
