不知艺龙与酒店怎么衔接的，居然没有接收订单？害得我们家住备用房间，空调不暖，热水不热，很郁闷！房价倒很实惠。

入住在天龙，主要是想到三清山近方便，说实在的，天龙环境设施不算差，关键是管理了，中央空调不制热，还有房间有异味，墙壁上悬挂着蜘蛛网和蜘蛛，卫生间台面不卫生，地面有遗留脏物和丢弃物，这种状态实在不利回头客。
