服务态度之恶劣，特别那个前台最高的女接待，人长的丑态度还非常恶劣，客户下单故意给取消订单退现金给客户不让入住，以前入住的时候喊换床单，居然告诉我5天才可以换。这样的人居然做前台。简直让你们酒店损失，为什么差评，全是最高那个女的惹的。非常气愤。
