房间设备老化破旧，尤其是洗漱盆及淋浴池均需要修理了，没有一次性的拖鞋，也没有免费提供牙膏牙刷，总之，住过其它酒店后再入住这个酒店非常不适应和难受。虽然国家不提倡提供免费的拖鞋、牙膏、牙刷等，但可以做为酒店的一个增值服务，或像如家酒店学习，提供这些，但如果宾客不用时会有相应的奖励。

开发区内很高档的商务酒店，房间大，设施比较新，服务很好，每层都有专人领客人去房间，美中不足的是打车比较不方便

这家酒店比较新，硬件软件还行，只是总台服务人员技术水平还比较低，结账速度很慢，建议加强她们的岗前培训，提高POS机使用水平和电脑使用水平，加快结账速度。

这家酒店不错，硬软件都不错，很干净，下次还住这里。离高铁和高速很近，很方便。设备很新，只是餐费比较贵。
