酒店地理位置不错，购物也很方便吧，第一次来德州这边，感觉非常不错，到楼层上第一眼就看到了德州的特色扒鸡，乐陵小枣，一中火腿，楼层大姐看到我，然后给我一一介绍，进入房间之后，感觉整体卫生非常干净，简单大气，温馨舒适，我住在十楼，看到外面的景色也不错，一直选择！

不好，卫生条件不好，没有纱窗，热水壶坏了，酒店桌子掉漆严重，就破乱不堪的酒店，酒店通风也不会，不值得一提，不推荐，价格也高

房间设备设施齐全，用起来挺方便的,房间整体干净整洁，酒店位置特别好，红绿灯往西面有银座商城，再往前走还有新湖风景区，风景特别好，每次都会来到美丽华，家的感觉，楼层经理热情细心周到！
