  The place is great and staff are friendly. But housekeeping is not responding to calls. I tried multiple times but no one responded.

  It’s not a hotel. It’s a night club , on face they claim as a hotel. I don’t know how did they get 4 stars??? I accidentally booked this hotel through Agoda. The pictures were nice. But in reality, it’s a nightclub with massage parlour. I paid for 4 nights. So I had to stay. It’s a non refundable deal. The staff was rude. Managers were rude. No room cleaning service provided. They charged me for breakfast, there is NO restaurant in the building. They converted the restaurant to a nightclub. I asked them to refund for breakfast, they didn’t. They tried to give breakfast in a box. We refused it. The room condition is not even worth .1 star . Have cockroaches ??. Internet was down all times. We had to use our own internet through hotspot. Bed sheets and furniture was in bad condition. Pictures attached.
