酒店新开的，设备很新，环境也很好，性价比高，值得推荐，床很软睡着很舒服。早餐也不错，有面条绿粥，要是有白粥就更好了。

我第一次去益阳这个城市，在网上找到这家酒店。酒店的前台服务非常热情，态度很好！知道我是带父母来与老战友见面，还给我把双床房免费升级为套间。非常感谢！第二天的餐厅早餐也很丰富，能满足老年人的要求。就是可惜没有留意当时接待我的前台MM的工号。只能留言5.14下午大概5:00左右，当时前台两个MM，一位娇小，另一位稍胖，非常感谢她们的热情，使我这次益阳之旅完满！总之一句话：益阳华美达安可酒店非常值得入住！强烈推荐！

冲着华美达的招牌订了这酒店，入住时前台的服务人员态度很好，但是电梯间的印象就不好了，这是一栋旧楼改装，改的又不彻底，硬件一堆问题？晚上警报声莫名其妙乱响，早餐也不好，有烤土司机没有土司可烤？离店时店里的前台人员态度倒是很诚意的想了解问题点，但是都是硬伤他们也改变不了，只能说这酒店花钱没有改装到位，好一点也有，如床舖上的用品还不错，热水的量也够强大，人员接待服务态度很好，总结来说酒店目前的这价格算是能接受，但对华美达品牌形象来讲，可就不行了
