酒店确实是东方最好的酒店了，一线海景，开车市区也是三五分钟时间很方便，就是服务质量和配套设施还可以改进。

房间很差劲 无窗房真不能定 这个酒店没有空气净化系统 里面霉味花露水味道很浓 换了间带窗户的好点不过加了109元 周边有个海东方海滩还可以但东方市到处都在修乱的很 设施到也罢了 不会在住了

酒店说是五星，可能在当地是这样吧，我觉得三星还不错。在携程上定的是豪华园景双床房，可是酒店人员看我们是外地人，却给我们开了一间没有阳台，窗户只有40大的房间，702号房！！！，太欺负人了。虽然最后协调后给换了其它房间，但是他们这种对待外地游客的方式难以接受
