这家颐和假日酒店其实就是以前那家凯旋门酒店，尽管服务人员态度都很好，但是弥补不了酒店的缺陷。酒店设施破旧，房间有很大的霉味，我住的那间房间，没有开水壶，没有台灯，没有网线，房间异常昏暗（我住那里是为了去附近考试的，晚上要复习，没有台灯根本复习不了），真的比7天、如家等连锁酒店都不如，还说是4星级。以后没下次了，要不是周边都没有酒店，我也不选它。
