说实话，这次入住，我不满意。首先，我在几天前就预定了动感英伦的房间。可是到入住时被告之没有了。我很奇怪，我预定的时候有，为什么我入住的时候说没有？？这算不算欺骗消费者？然后一个前台小姐，但是男生装扮的工作人员，居然跟我说，我不满意可以退房？明明白白的赶你走，我很诧异，前台工作人员跟我说出这样的话。好在她意识到了错误，帮我调换了房间，然后还陪同我去调换的房间一一查看了。你说服务这一项，我该打多少分？？？功过相抵，给个3分，我认为是比较恰当的。进入房间后，说实话，整体管理水平已大不如刚开业时了，去年入住时，墙壁整洁，地面干净，厕所无异味，毛巾带香，床头柜干净与沙发无污渍。现在完全变了，另外现在的网络很差很差，基本上一部电影看个10分钟就停顿一下，放5分钟，又停顿一下。希望多加强管理吧。
