宾馆的环境本来很不错的，可惜的是前台客服人员还停留着以前国企的服务态度，套用一句老话，今时今日这样的服务态度是不行的！

1、酒店前台的服务员态度非常一般，说不上差，但和差也差不了多少了。一副不愿意做事的模样；
2、当我进房间后，和他们说房间很吵，要求换一间时，他们的服务员大概隔了15分钟后才有人过来，而且还是要赶时间去下一个地方做事的。不过这房间服务员态度还是可以的，可能人手不足吧。
3、房间非常不行*N。之前住过他们的高级房（在一二楼的），电视是那种老式的大电视（非液晶），而且房间一股霉味。然后听服务员说三楼和四楼的房是经过装修的，房型是豪华房，价格贵很多的。但是进去后，我发现，高级房和豪华房的区只是电视不同，电视不是大块头的电视，而且长虹的液晶电视，其他的没有任何的区别。而且一股霉味，烟味。证明平常保养非常差，洗手间相对就比较干净（估计房间就是洗手间没有霉味）。作为一个四星酒店的豪华房，床居然还是1.5米。一个非常有名的酒店，估计快要倒闭了。不过现在酒让竞争这么大，公司不想投资做翻新也是想得到的。
4、早餐虽然是自助餐，但食品的品种比较少，服务只能说过得去。进去坐了N久，到快食完了，连第一杯水都没有人给你倒，你叫他才给你倒。
经过这次入住，如果你非得要住东莞宾馆，否则，极力不建议你预订入住。
