太坑爹了，前台也不说清楚，明明在微信上订好了房间，大老远打的过来，却被前台告知没有房间，也不问清楚我们订的是KTV还是住宿，还告诉我们订单可以取消，不会扣钱。结果害我订单也取消不了，白白损失近100块钱。气死我了！这服务真的太差劲了！
