环境不错，位置也很好，周围是商场和很多饭店。离松山湖很近，打车约摸10分钟的路程。酒店是新开业的，内部装饰很新，没有烟味，早餐品种丰富，味道也不错。

新建的大楼，公寓今年刚刚开业，设备齐全，地理位置不错，晚上出去散步购物很方便。房间好小，还有甲醛味。

酒店剛開業，剛進酒店大堂等待登記，見到酒店職員不會主動接待等待中的客人。前台的人員不足只有1個人，等了差不多10分鐘，但前台服務很專業也很有禮貌。
取房後直上房間樓層，有工人在維修，房間内也有聽到鑽牆的聲音。
到房間感覺不錯，只是房間小一點但很乾净，房間與走廊的隔音不夠好，晚上能聽到關門的聲音。
早上到4樓餐廳食早餐，選擇不多，熟食大概有10款左右，另外有白粥，麥片，飲料，果汁，等。
退貨時前台也會查詢入住感受
