早餐很好吃和酒店大小适中。房间还是比较好的，布草和床品都不错，离广深线常平火车站不远步行10多分钟吧。

前檯2位員工很快安排房間，也能用簡易英文溝通，態度友善。
進入房間是開放式的浴室和厠所區，沒有牆壁和木門，只有一度拉趟式活門相隔睡眠區，並且，當一人如厠或沐浴中，另一人在外回房間，就不方便進入房間了！整晚制冷啟動發出嘈音，下次入住要戴耳塞。早餐食物中西式齊全，種類雖然不多，但質素不錯。
開業兩年的國際品牌酒店，整體令我們非常滿意。
