通过微信钱包里的酒店订的，订的是：特惠房，双床1.2米。结果到前台办理入住手续的时候，前台人员（我看像老板娘，带着个小孩）说：我们这儿特惠房都是单人房，再说了，双人房也没这个价！我又打开APP找到鸿基商务宾馆，上面依然显示有特惠房，双床1.2米，不含早，有窗，最低价86。我拿给前台看，前台说：你要么住单人房，要么要补差价住这个双人房，要么你不住，申请退款！我退个毛?你们平台规定的要退房取消订单要在当天18：00之前，我订房的时候已经22：00多了，我要是取消订单的话将扣除全部房费。我住酒店就是要躲台风的，已经来到这里啦，我能不住不，于是又补了19块钱入住双床房，实付92+19=111
