在天骄湾酒店住过几次，其他地方都不错，唯独前台服务，对6号服务生影响特别差，这位服务生带有欺骗性的消费忽悠消费者！记得上次我退房的时候晚了一个小时，然后他直觉跟我说押金没得退，当时我就笑了，一般酒店不是超时了，然后按时间算吗？超了多久扣除多少费用，为什么你们家直接扣除押金？后来他说他不了解这方面，我笑了，作为酒店的服务员连酒店的基本规则都不了解，也是真够优秀的！整体来说对酒店还满意，但酒店服务生方面真的有待改善！！！
