必须的给好评，维也纳的服务非常到位，堪比五星酒店，而且，好的服务的背后是严格到位的酒店管理。
这次11/22入住长安店，退房离店七小时后发现证件丢落在酒店了，后返回该酒店，在前台小妹妹和12楼客房管理大姐以久后勤打扫卫生的张大哥的协力合作之下，最后成功的在垃圾分捡处找回。
全过程中，态度热情，能急客户之所急，且，内部流程管理很明晰，非常感谢你们的付出，再次说声谢谢！

酒店位于立交桥下，出入需要预约网约车；酒店前台服务专业，虽然行李员不驻守但是遇到时也会帮助提行李；房间卫生差，不时有头发出现，最可怕的是被不知名的生物晚上侵袭，夜里三次起床找虫子，被咬的奇痒难耐，且烧灼感强烈，第二早洗完澡立刻逃离房间。

各方面都很好，而且前台姑娘很和善。。。很好的体验，干净整洁，地段也不错，还不怎么吵。。。早餐也是挺丰富的。非常不错的体验， 尤其是卫生方面，真的比其他同价位舒适多了， 下次还住维也纳 真心值得推荐 需要的字数有点多啊
