酒店位处鬧市繁荣区，消费方便，前台服务快捷稳妥，房间设备充足，可惜保养欠完善，在墙脚出现墙脚贴板脱离，靠近床边走道，可能令客人不小心踢伤，酒店应汪章。

在各地的维也纳酒店服务与设备都属高档，房租不算贵，但很超值。尤其是今次住的樟木头店无窗房，令我十分满意，因为没窗，夜间很宁静，房间不但有一般酒店设备外，还有一台空气清新器，令房内空气清新，没有异味，这是最值得一讚。
