入住了848元/晚的乐窝大床湖景房，只能看到一角湖景，房内装修气味很浓，喉咙干痒不适，床单被罩上有头发，要求前台更换床单，被告知服务员已经下班，没有人手换，需要下去一楼前台办理换房手续…种种的不满意，完全差评的一家连锁品牌酒店！
