從未試過這麼不愉快的進店。我是分開兩張單訂了兩晚,每晚兩間房。但在昨天行程有變所以已取消第一張單。但當今天入住的時候告知我們今天的訂單也取消了!!同事現在只剩下一間房是可給我之前訂的價錢而另外一間房需要加＄40去升級之後又和我說我需要在晚上6時check in.但我明明在訂房時表明我check-in時間在凌晨之前。我也有給這訊息比這女前台看,之後她就無聲出。這位外省女前台一直一直想雕欄我直到我發火。她這麼年青樣貌端正真不像這麼無文化的,欺騙客人來掩蓋她的錯五。之後這位廣東前台走過來和我說這位同事之前取消的時候取消錯了，所以沒有預留房間給我到最後他也找到房俾我用原先的價錢，但在晚上11時,這些時候用這欺騙手法去掩蓋她的錯誤是10分不應該。如果一開始她正正直直和我說清楚是她錯,我也不會因為＄40弄了我這麼多時間浪費了我的休息時間。希望管理層多多注意相關的事情這次是一次不愉快的進入並希望貴酒店生意蒸蒸日上。
