酒店前台及樓層以至餐廳的服務員也很熟情及樂於幫忙，而且更通曉說地道广東話，停車場出入也很方便，看出是－間有管理水準的酒店，若再用心修理一下房間的老設備，例如馬桶回水太慢，椅子破爛等瑕疵，相信仍有生存空間，厚街酒店很多，希望你們能競爭下去。很好很有懷念的－間酒店，旁邊更有最喜歡的素食自助餐！
