酒店（副楼）绿树成荫环境幽静，空气质量好;
酒店较老，设施残旧，网络插座线路外露，花洒漏水，房间灯光昏暗，晚上若无台灯无法办公。蚊子超多（11月中旬入住），虽有纱窗，但破洞不堪。位置一般，周围吃饭除一家酒楼外可供选择不多。性价比满分10分给6.5分。
