整个酒店从外观上来看比较宏伟状观，但是进去房间后还是有点不匹配，酒店设施有点陈旧了，也没有浴缸泡澡，游泳池水温15度，本来想游，有点冷没去了，楼层是高楼风景还可以，房间内布置一般般！靠近国贸大厦，附近游玩还不错！早餐还好，总体来说一般般。

位置很好，停车方便，卫生和设施不功不过，服务太差了！我昨天下午入住，休息会之后出门跟朋友吃饭，回来发现我插在书桌上方的充电器和线不见了，房间里多了盘水果。我就问服务员是不是进来送水果时，以为是公共的充电器和线所以误收走了。服务员查询了下回复，没人收。好吧，我就又仔仔细细的检查了自己的行李，还有车上，看是不是我搞错了，虽然我明确记得自己下午临出门之前还在房间充电的。结果我的行李和车上都没有。于是退房的时候我请服务台帮我找下，服务台给当班的服务员打了个电话，说没拿，没看见。就这样。我真是无语了，一个充电器和线，也不值钱，只是没有了我确实不方便，不然我都懒得跟你们掰扯，但是你们这种处理方式，我真是无语，服务员回句没看见，你们就跟我说没看见，所以我的充电器和线是成精了自己飞了还是走了？还是我闲的无聊时间太多了找你们扯皮？如果我今天不见的是钱包是钻石呢？不好意思客人我们服务员没看见也没收过，就这样了？？？
