其实卫生是很可以的，而且就在东莞站对面是方便得很！可是如果你是需要服务的话就大条了！
我原以为我不需要服务，因为我也只是来探亲，每年都来应该这次也没什么问题啦！ 这次真的气死我！
幸好有客服幫忙！成功退款了！

酒店环境不错，最重要的是服务员不但服务态度好，服务水平真高，我的箱子密码乱了，打不开了，不但帮我把箱子打开了，还帮我把密码对出来，使我的密码箱又完好如初。非常感谢🙏

虽然有些旧了，但是服务等各方面都很好。后花园也特别大，晚上还有中秋灯会，非常漂亮。还特地送月饼给客人，很温馨啊！
