房间毛地毯很脏，床头床帮有灰尘清洁不到位！洗浴室地面积水，马桶水箱盖是坏的，水箱浮阀有问题导致冲水后水溢出马桶流到地板，形成积水！只有住的挺安静的！最后一点在没住进之前想取消订单，居然没有取消功能，而且要打电话到龙艺酒店管理客服才能退订，客服处理速度也是慢不尽心！
