我就没见过这么查差的酒店，顶定了还不给退！我们两个人，只有一个人带了身份证，另一个人有社保卡等其他证件也不行！她就不给入住，然后没办法住，钱都给了，一个人在外面等着，我想去上个厕所再走都不行！好！经过一番理论终于肯临时工让我上个厕所了，结果一进房间，看到马桶那么脏，我还是忍着不上了。什么破地方，尤其是那个前台，态度就那样子，我不敢恭维。。。今天算我倒霉。提醒广大群众：入住请慎重
