酒店规模比较大，服务设备都基本上没有问题，大公司的酒店，和小老板不一样，管理比较人性化。br空调制热OK，没有噪音，楼层高基本上没有什么声音，周围城中村吧，现在客商比较少，酒店定价经济实惠，顾客人员素质参差不齐，农民工什么的素质一般般，对酒店的档次产生巨大影响，酒店要管的，国外酒店公司都会管，外国公寓不可以外面晾衣服就是这个道理。br感觉对员工，顾客，管理苛刻一点，价格涨一涨，可以考虑，对国民素质有好处，不要成本，增加利润。
