這酒店已經住多次，一向可以接受，但這次給前台的客服帶給我有一點生氣。年輕客服像是新上任，不太懂這酒店運作，說我需要過了凌晨12時才可以入住，還說一些不太負責任的說話，算吧，不詳細那些說話，給機會給年輕人吧。最後經協商後，才可解決問題。希望酒店，能夠給予多一些訓練給一些新人吧??
