酒店灯光很差，网络也很差，服务态度也很差，建议不要在网上订房，因为有急事，退房，前台不配合，有种强卖强买的感觉，就是你不住是你的事，就是不会跟平台说你有提前退房这回事，

酒店卫生极差，楼道气味很大，发臭的恶心，地毯脏的发黑，房间用品不干净，门锁都快坏了，服务态度非常一般，下午一点开好就出去办事，五点回来感觉住不下去要求退房酒店也回应无法处理，即使折价退款也可接受，酒店仍然不同意。环境差，硬件设施差，服务毫无人性化，酒店管理可见一斑。
