酒店交通位置还可以，但周边环境不怎么样，购物吃饭都不太方便。夜班的其中一个服务员态度很差，问她什么都一副很不耐烦的样子。
还有房间的窗户是不能打开的，房间不通风，且厕所的抽风跟灯光由同一个开关控制，如果关厕所灯的话，抽风也一起关掉了。导致厕所臭味很重，对气味敏感的人不建议入住。

足浴正规，不过手法一般般。。东莞凯天莱酒店是按照星级酒店标准精心打造的精品商务酒店，于2012年初筹建，4月峻工。集客房、餐饮、休闲会所、棋牌室于一体的综合性高档商务酒店。

酒店的服务意识比较差，早餐券不主动送，要客人从11楼坐电梯下1楼自己拿早餐券然后再坐电梯到12楼吃早餐。

住宿的环境和早餐都还可以，推荐开车的朋友和需要住深圳的朋友住这边，如果价格还可以再便宜一点的话那就更好了，不足的话就是电视小了一点，再大一点的电视会更好，房间很干净，设施跟四星的的差不多吧
