所谓5星级酒店, 真不知所谓, 办理入住时, 酒店大堂没员工安排指导排队, 令所有客人混乱不堪. 而本人订的是大床房, 真是令本人大开眼界, 用双床拼在一起来做大床, 这就是所谓5星级酒店的处理方法吗? 如酒店管理层不懂, 请去其他地方参考别人真正5星级酒店的吧, 不要在这冒充为5星级酒店.
