酒店外观看起来很高大上，但是服务真是差到极点！大过年的前台一句你好，笑脸都没有，更过分的是先安排的三楼，完全冷水！在我们的要求下，晚上十一点才给换的五楼，结果水忽冷忽热！小朋友完全没法洗澡。。住过最差的酒店，基本要求都没法满足！
