周边环境非常好，免费的恒温游泳池全天开放，下去游泳需要带泳帽，请提前准备。酒店设施还比较新，卫生间大而且带浴缸。免费的自助早餐种类丰富，非常不错的一次度假旅游。

端午假期第二天入住，对于五星级酒店来说整个酒店服务保障能力太弱，入住等4小时，大堂里带孩子的、八个月孕妇都得不到半点照顾，游泳池浴巾供应不上，小童的餐费收费标准执行不一，前台服务员办理手续各种脑梗，上下级处理问题的能力与技巧都不足，还相互推诿！总之从入住吵到退房，不愉快的体验。
