酒店环境餐饮都不错，就是管理层太刻板，孕妇在大堂沙发坐着打个盹，都被叫醒，小孩在沙发上玩也要走过来提醒，五星级酒店也没少去，第一次觉得莫名其妙，管好自己的团队形象就好，顾客行为，而且是正常的小憩行为，搞得像做了什么有辱市容的行为，真郁闷！太紧张自己酒店形象而忽视顾客的感受需求，太不人性！希望下次不要有这样不开心的待遇！！
