开了个商务双人房，这么热的天房间没空调，打了几个电话到前台每次都说空调现在维修让我再等等，从晚上八点多一等就是零晨一点多。好，没空调就算了我又问前台有没有风扇，今晚凑合一下就过了。于是再问前台有没有风扇，他说马上给我送过来，看看他说的马上送，这又一个钟头过去了又不给任何答复，这就是他们的服务态度和方式吗？还叫不叫人睡觉了，这样叫人家明天怎样能有精神干活，这不是吭人吗这是……，
