前台只有两个服务员，入住时遇上退房客，要稍稍等候；房间装修还是比较新，虽然家具有点老气，最欣赏水龙头热水充足，总的来说以目前的价格入住樟木头的名气酒店性价比超高的

这次是我住酒店以来第一次想差评差评，一个五星级酒店连一个冲电器都提供不了，晚上十点入住叫服务员加一个苹果充电器，十点半送来一个坏的用不了，我说再换一个吧充不进电直接回答我没有了，第二天早上八点我再次打电话说有退房的现在有没有充电器，也一直说没有了直到我中午退房酒店也没人跟进帮我找一个充电器，手机整整关机12个小时， 而且酒店总机的电话前台的电话一直打不进去的，会一直响没人接
