货不对板，误导消费者，说是五星级，完全骗人，订的11-13层景观房，给的是8楼的标间且不给任何说法，晚上11点订了酒店一个小时大堂等候还不给入住，出示了手机上的订房信息仍不联系订房的网站，把客人晾在大堂到凌晨以后让客人自己联系，客户体验极差。
