跟东莞观澜湖高尔夫酒店相邻，门口太小不太好找！转悠了几圈才找到！公寓式酒店比较安静，也干净，价钱太高了些，性价比不高！

我们十几个人出门，定了三间，其中定了一间这个麻将房，我们是下午两点到酒店，开了空调睡觉的睡觉打牌的打牌，到了四点每个人都一身汗，开了两台空调还不凉快，赶紧跟前台说，前台立马找人来加雪种，后来慢慢凉了，大家也舒服了！总体来说还是很好的，大家都说晚上很安静睡得很好，很时候每天忙碌上班的人来这里放松，旁边有森林公园，还有农家乐，吃到玩的都不贵！??

酒店很有家的感觉，环境很好也非常干净，经常可以看到清洁阿姨在清扫，晚上特别安静，很适合居住，旁边有华润超市，吃早餐稍微远点，不过开车去一两分钟就到。床挺软的，是我喜欢的！

前台服务太差，态度生硬，强烈要求万科物业跟酒店运营方反应此情况，更换服务员，以免影响客人对万科的信赖。

房间装修比较新，但是所谓套房实际是客厅在中间，右侧对着凉台和客用洗手间的位置放了一张大床。另一边主卧是由开合式屏风作门，洗手间很大带浴缸，但设计特别不合理的地方是这个浴室没有门而且厕所和淋浴间都是全透明的玻璃间。一家人住宿的话只要有人用洗手间就得把卧室的屏风拉上。另外客厅空调比房间的凉太多，同样26℃里面一间半夜热醒，而住在客厅的老人孩子却冻得拉肚子。。。

舒适干净，周边绿树环绕。离观澜高尔夫和大屏障森林公园都非常近，前面是仙女湖。旁边有两家食肆和华润万家，开车出去离高速只需十来分钟，房间够大，两张大床还有沙发，简易厨房，两个洗手间，适合短途的家庭旅行。
