极差极差的体验。在艺龙订的两间房，带双早。结果早上我父母两位老人，刚坐到餐厅里就被服务员告知只有单早，请离开。我父母被赶出来跑到酒店附近去找吃的。请问，如果是单早，为什么让我父母进去？你们自己内部的错误，到今天快一个月了，也没有给我们赔偿损失。最关键的是，两位老人被服务员赶出来，真是莫名其妙，奇耻大辱。值班经理还信誓旦旦说会跟进赔偿，把没有消费的早餐费用赔给我，到现在还是**空话一个。如果是自己受到这种委屈还算了，两位快70的老人一大早被赶出餐厅，没有任何道歉，服务员还嘴硬说就是单早。请问你们是石头缝里蹦出来的么？你们没有父母的是么？你们做事不用大脑的是么？？？！？世事有轮回，因果有报应，你们酒店就是这样对待这种状况的么？？？

曾经的长安豪华酒店，现在周边都在施工。好像除了几个老外就没什么人住了。设施保养的还挺好的。
