非常好的渡假酒店，但餐饮有改善空间，早餐材料普通选择少，服务员像小孩刚上岗一样，不太懂做5星酒店餐厅服务，呆呆的，部长级的欠缺笑容，有待改善

酒店位置不错，设施齐全，内部小花园也比较大，忘带充电器，前台美女还帮我快递，赞??。
说点意见，一个是行政间没有行政酒廊，感觉稍微差了点什么；还有一个是通往旗峰山的路被封了，如果可以在山上走走，感觉会更舒服??

酒店环境挺好，室内室外游泳池，但是要求戴游泳帽和眼镜才能下去游泳，住过国内外这么多酒店第一次被这样要求，室外游泳池太多小蚊子了，坐了十分钟被咬了起码三十个包，太夸张了

距离地铁站很近，停车场很大，绿化非常好！酒店房间很大，里面非常干净！阳台舒服。酒店大门斜对面就是一个大的广场，再过去就是万科城市广场，休闲购物餐饮都非常方便
