酒店前台业务不熟练，在网上支付订的房。弄了半个多小时前台硬说没订单号，后来找了个貌似部长的女孩子过来才总算弄明白了。我们当时是好几个朋友一起去住酒店的，害得我在朋友面前多不好意思。希望业务方面多多提高改进。
