晚上入住前台收了两张证件不还，到第二天退房走人也不提醒还证件，开车回到深圳才发现证件被酒店前台收了作登记并未还回，问题是前一天住到第二天退房中间有超过20个小时你会发现证件多出两张，并且你也能的查出客人住的房间号，你为什么不还也不提醒，客人退房走人也仍就不还，管理有问题，另外早餐服务员收食物前也未作通知，悄悄，静悄悄的把咖啡机关了，烤面包机断电，其它熟食不见踪影，吃完一份发现…餐厅空了，竟然空…了

第一，预定说是豪华房，给了高级房，然后打电话到前台换房（也就说我不说换就要欺骗我们了），等了一个小时换了房间，而且态度一副爱住不住的样子，很差的态度，第二：酒店马桶一直自动漏水，里边设施旧我可以接受，但有问题不及时修就是酒店管理问题。最主要是前台所有人的态度很差，晚上要加被子，等了一个小时没送，再打电话说没有了，我说有宝宝，能否在帮忙找一下，他们说等一下吧，有大概等了十五分钟也没回复，再打电话她们说忘了，在帮我确认，二分钟过后告诉我没有了，五星酒店就这服务意识？丰泽湖晚餐很差我就不多说了，毕竟是自己选的

购买套票含双早双晚自助餐，小孩1.4米以下不需加购早晚餐。出品与味道很一般，可以吃饱。酒店泳池环境与卫生还不错，康体部有售泳圈，泳帽泳衣等等，价格不贵挺方便的。
